Platinum Plus Racing
Club is a tipster service which charges around £35 per month.
This site says all the
right things and even presents itself in an upmarket way. It evens tells you what type of tipster
service you shouldn't join, such as one that makes you ring a premium rate
telephone number to get the tips.
This is great advice as
ringing these premium rate numbers can cost you thousands a year. Platinum Plus would know about premium rate
lines because they used to operate this very lucrative (for them) service. At least that's what the forums online are
saying.
What Platinum Plus
forgets to mention are some other no, no's when dealing with a tipster.
The Platinum Plus Racing Club Mystery!
First of all NEVER deal
with a service when you don't know who you are dealing with. I've searched their site and they fall foul of this basic principle. If you search their site you still don't
have a clue who you are dealing with. Is Platinum Plus an individual, a partnership or a limited
company.
Now I know you may think
this isn't important, but it is vital!
You could be sending your £35 a month to an 11 year old child who has
started this as a wheeze, or a fraudster, or a gang somewhere in South
America. I'm exagerating but I'm sure you get the point. Now I'm sure Platinum Plus Racing
Club is not run by any of these people, but we really haven't got a clue.
All we have is a name
and an email address, no company details, no phone number. Are you happy to give your cash to a faceless
email address? I'm damned sure I am not.
Another warning, once
you are in you will be up sold a millionaire membership at around £600 a year.
The results that their customers have reported online
have been poor. There are also countless
complaints online from Platinum Plus customers who have not been able to get
their money back.
I do wonder how these
tipsters get away with it.
In short don't be sucked
in with the flash website and under played marketing, steer well clear. After all we are absolutely clueless when it
comes to the real identity of Platinum Plus Racing Club.
