There is not a massive
pitch from the company for this one. It
is essentially a discount club for consumers although they focus on utilities
such as gas, electric and phones. The
deals are good for the consumer although not always the cheapest, which is
almost impossible to do.
This is a MLM opportunity,
so the company offers you an override on sales of those within your team. The money you earn depends on how many personal
customers you have and how many distributors are in your team.
The promise comes from
residual income you could earn from each customer one of your team has
recruited, which in MLM theory could be thousands.
Utility Warehouse - The Pay Off
As you may know I am not a
massive fan of MLM, although I can understand its merits.
The company behind Utility Warehouse, Telecom Plus, is very strong
(apparently they have no debt) and even Which? Magazine gave them their highest
rating in a customer service poll. They
also give training which can be useful if you are new to a sales environment.
A number of distributors
do go on to make good money however this does take real leg work. Also the payment plan, like all MLM schemes,
is very difficult to work out. I know this
for sure...if you do not keep recruiting customers and new distributors your
income will reduce.
Overall I would recommend
this but only if you are going to put serious effort in to it and are happy
selling to people either face to face or over the phone.
The Safety Net
No money back guarantee
with this one, pay your money and take your chances...although you can be
assured the Utility Warehouse will keep to their promises.
