Property
In my mind property is still one of the greatest tools to becoming wealthy. You need one of two factors to make huge returns.
1) Time, given enough time almost all property deals will come good. History has shown us that property prices double every 7-9 years even when you take in to account property crashes. So if you can afford to buy and hold property you will make big gains in the end.
2) The other factor is knowledge. With the right knowledge you can make a killing in any market.
Unfortunately there are not any property products that I particularly recommend at the moment. If you are interested in a product let me know and I will review it.
